The Melbourne City Tourist Shuttle is wheelchair accessible and stops on William Street (Stop 11), two blocks from the Immigration Museum.
Accessible entry to the Immigration Museum is via the gate on Market Street (near the corner of Flinders Street) and along the ramp to the main Flinders Street entrance, which has automatic doors.
The courtyard at the rear of the museum can be accessed via a ramp further up on Market Street. There is currently no independent wheelchair access to the museum building from the courtyard.
A limited number of wheelchairs are available from the ticket desk on a first-come basis.
Accessible toilets are available on the ground and first levels of the museum.
All exhibition galleries have lift access.
